Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains how PrimeSynergy Host, a brand of Prime Synergy Group ("we"), collects and processes your data when you use primesynergyhosting.cloud, in compliance with the GDPR (EU) and law 09-08 on personal data protection in Morocco.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

  • Form data: name, email, phone, company, message — when you contact us or order. Purpose: respond to your request, manage your hosting.
  • Billing data (via our FOSSBilling client area): information required to order and invoice.
  • Audience measurement and advertising data: via cookies/identifiers, only after your consent (see §3).

3. Cookies & consent (Google Consent Mode v2)

We use the Google tag (gtag.js) and Google Ads to measure our campaigns. In accordance with regulations, we apply Google Consent Mode v2:

  • By default, advertising and analytics storage is denied (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage = denied) until you give consent.
  • A banner lets you accept or decline. Your choice is stored locally (first-party cookie) and applied on future visits.
  • If you decline, no advertising cookie is set; we also enable ads data redaction (ads_data_redaction).
  • You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser cookies/storage, which re-displays the banner.

4. Purposes & legal bases

Responding to your requests and providing the hosting service (basis: contract); audience measurement and advertising (basis: your consent); accounting and legal obligations (basis: legal obligation).

5. Recipients & transfers

Your data is hosted on our sovereign infrastructure in Morocco and Europe. Consented measurement data is sent to Google (Google Ads / Google Analytics) under its own terms. We never sell your data.

6. Retention periods

Contact data: as long as necessary to handle your request, then legal archiving. Billing data: legal accounting periods. Consent cookies: up to 13 months maximum.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them: contact@primesynergy.ma. In Morocco, you may contact the CNDP; in the EU, your data protection authority.
